Welcome to Your Gut Story

Hello, and welcome.

If you've found your way here, there's a good chance that something in your body has been trying to get your attention. Maybe it's bloating, fatigue, brain fog, digestive discomfort, hormone imbalance, skin issues, or simply the sense that you don't feel like yourself anymore.

Why Gut Health Matters More Than You Think

In my clinical practice, I have seen this pattern countless times. Patients come in with symptoms that seem unrelated on the surface, yet when we look a little deeper, we often discover that the gut is quietly at the center of the story.

That realization is what inspired me to create Your Gut Story.

For years, I've worked closely with patients one-on-one, helping them uncover the connection between gut health and overall well-being. Over time, word began to spread, and many patients have traveled to our clinic from across the United States, and occasionally from even farther away, seeking answers they had not been able to find elsewhere.

While I'm always grateful for those visits, I also know that traveling to a clinic is not possible for everyone. Your Gut Story was created so that more people can access the same thoughtful, root-cause approach to gut health from wherever they are.

Understanding Your Gut Through Advanced Testing

At YGS, our process begins with understanding your unique biological baseline.

Rather than guessing or applying generic advice, we start with advanced testing that allows us to look carefully at what is happening inside your body. One of the most important tools we use is the GI-MAP test, a comprehensive stool analysis that examines the microbial environment of your gut.

How the GI-MAP Test Helps Reveal Root Causes

This test helps us identify important details such as:

  • Beneficial keystone commensal (good) bacteria
  • Opportunistic pathogenic (bad) bacteria
  • Parasites and bacterial pathogens
  • Digestive function
  • Markers of inflammation
  • Immune activity in the gut lining

Your gut microbiome plays a powerful role in digestion, immune balance, metabolism, mood, and even hormonal signaling. When we can see the microbial landscape clearly, we are able to move beyond guesswork and begin addressing the root imbalances that may be affecting how you feel.

In addition to GI-MAP testing, we may also use targeted blood testing and other functional assessments to better understand nutrient levels, inflammation markers, metabolic health, and related systems that interact with the gut.

A Personalized Plan for Healing Your Gut

Once we have this foundation, our clinicians develop a personalized plan designed to help your body return to balance. These protocols often include a thoughtful combination of supportive dietary guidance, targeted nutritional supplements, and lifestyle adjustments that help restore a healthy gut environment.

Healing the gut is not about extreme restrictions or complicated regimens. In many cases, it is about giving your body the right information and the right support so it can begin to restore balance naturally.

One of the most rewarding moments in my practice is when a patient starts to feel those early changes: more energy in the morning, clearer thinking, calmer digestion, and a renewed sense of well-being.

Start Listening to Your Gut

Your Gut Story exists to guide that process.

Every person's health story is unique, and your gut is constantly communicating with the rest of your body. When we take the time to listen carefully and respond with the right support, meaningful healing can begin.

I'm truly honored to be part of that journey with you.

Welcome to Your Gut Story.
